Whyyy oh whyyy did I have to pull FFVII back out of the cabinet. XD; Curse my obsessive personality!

I fear I won't be able to stop myself from doing some Aeris fanart. Mostly because I owe it to the poor girl. My first time playing through the game, I let the prejudice of a friend affect my opinion of her, and so I deemed her a worthless character and never touched her (though I still cried at the end of disc 1). Picking it up now, and while I still support Cloud + Tifa, Aeris deserves none of the animosity I showed her before.

However, I had forgotten just how many damn MINI-GAMES VII has. I don't know how the hell I got through the game so eagerly the first time (okay, that strategy guide I used for a bible probably helped), but I f*cking HATE mini-games in FF games. ._.; That and the sheer difficulty of game navigation is making me appreciate XII that much more. Where's my mini-map and clearly marked zones in VII, huh?! D: Nearly every time I've had to look up what to do this run-through of the game, I've been stuck because of a little corner concealing a pathway that I didn't notice.

So uh, yeah. Almost done with this digital painting I've been working on (almost being relative; she's got a lot of hair). Those of you who watch my scraps: it's the mermaid one. Making some progress on those commissions too! Stuff to come soon! Including a Good Prince page!
