Arista Character Design

My character for 's BESM game she's starting...this pic is the only thing I have done for her actually... T___T I don't even have character stats yet. But anyway, she's the Earth's president's daughter, living on Mars...and there's an assassination attempt after her... Does she look stuck-up at all?

Oh, and since I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get SOMETHING about this, no, the background is NOT supposed to quite make sense with the foreground. That would either be a very small skyscraper or a very tall teenager... So just appreciate it for what it is...I coulda spent more time on this but was sick of working on it.
